Viewing or modifying application space properties

If you use workflows in a custom application, define which users and groups can access the application, and specify the roles who will process the in-baskets that contain the work items for the application.

About this task

If the Application Space Properties window is not displayed, open the Application Spaces folder. Right-click the application space and select Properties.

Table 1. Application space properties that are accessible from the listed tabs

In the tab...	you can...
General	Add a description of the application space. (Optional)
Security	Specify the users and groups who will have write access to the application space.
Roles	Specify the roles who will process the work items in the workflow.
