Adding an in-basket

You can add an in-basket when an in-basket is not listed for the role. When you define a role, you are selecting members and work in-baskets for that role.

About this task

In-baskets for a role are listed in the Select in-baskets for this role pane. However, if an in-basket that you want for a role is not listed, you can add a defined in-basket for the role.

Procedure

To add an in-basket for a role, do the following steps:

  1. From the Select in-baskets for this role toolbar, click Edit.
  2. From the list of in-baskets in the window, you can select in-baskets that you want added for the role. To disassociate an in-basket for the role, clear the selected in-basket.
  3. Click OK to add the selected in-baskets.

What to do next

If an in-basket is not defined, you can create an in-basket by clicking Create in-basket. See the In-basket Creation wizard in the Configuration Console or the In-basket tab in Process Designer for information.
