Verify
that all workflow systems were successfully upgraded.
About this task
After running the upgrade, access the ping page to verify that all isolated regions have been
successfully upgraded.
Procedure

Browse to the Process services ping page:
http://server:port/peengine/IOR/ping
where:
server is
the host name of the machine where Content Platform Engine is deployed.
port is
the HTTP port used by the application server where Content Platform Engine is deployed.
In a highly available environment, use the load
balanced virtual name for the server:port. For
example: http://virtual_server/peengine/IOR/ping
The

When prompted to log on, enter the upgrade_user and password.
- Review the database
connection, data sources, and schema name information that is presented
for each workflow system or Case Analyzer data store.
- Verify that the isolated regions (as indicated by the ServerDBContext
lines in the Database section of the ping page) are all in
Ready state.
- Verify that the Case Analyzer data stores (as indicated by the
CADataStore lines in the Database section of the ping page) are all
in
Ready state.
