After you install and set up Content Cortex AI Services, you can configure various settings to ensure optimal operation in your environment. Configuration tasks include managing authentication timeout settings and configuring the reasoning service.

Authentication configuration

When using OAuth/OIDC authentication with Content Cortex AI Services, synchronize the session timeout and token timeout settings to prevent premature session expiration. The Identity Provider (IdP) manages authentication tokens with specific timeout values. Configure your application server session timeout to align with the IdP token timeout to ensure users remain authenticated throughout their session.

Reasoning service configuration

The reasoning service provides AI-powered capabilities for Content Cortex AI Services. Configure the reasoning service connection settings to enable AI features such as document summarization and intelligent content analysis.
