Refreshing work items

Use Refresh to update the selected work items in the current set.

About this task

This might be necessary if work items have changed outside of Process Administrator; for instance, if you have opened a work item and changed it in Process Tracker or a step processor.

To refresh the information displayed for selected work items:

Procedure

Click Refresh on the toolbar.

If you have modified the work item in Process Administrator, you are prompted to save your changes before refreshing the display. This option refreshes the work items in the current set only. To refresh all work items in your search, click Find Now.
