Upgrading the custom resource definition manually

You can edit the custom resource manually to include the mandatory parameters and apply the custom resource changes to your deployment.

Checking the deployment type and license
Whatever capabilities you included in your custom resource, you must add the new mandatory parameters and license type.
Editing the custom resource for upgrade
For all of the components that you deployed previously, you update the settings in the appropriate sections in the custom resource YAML file that is used in the previous version.
Applying the custom resource for upgrade
An upgraded custom resource must be applied to the operator.
