Select a response

If a work item displays a choice of responses, you must select one as part of the processing for the work item. You are unable to complete the step without selecting a response.

Procedure

To specify a response:

Choose your response from the list provided by the workflow author.

The choice you make usually determines how the workflow progresses after you complete the work item (for example, which step executes next).
