ResumeDeadlineTimer system function

Use this instruction to reset the deadline timer and the reminder timer for a step. If the timer in question is expired, the instruction has no effect.

About this task

The instruction must be in a submap for a step. The affected timers do not resume until the submap returns. Only the timers for the step are affected.

To specify a ResumeDeadlineTimer system function:

1. From the Timer Palette, drag a ResumeDeadlineTimer step onto the workflow map.
2. On the General tab for the timer, enter expressions for the following fields:

   Deadline Expression	The time expression for the deadline timer. An empty string indicates that the timer is not to be reset.
   Reminder Expression	The time expression for the reminder timer. An empty string indicates that the timer is not to be reset.
