Remove a lifecycle action from a policy

About this task

Before you can delete a lifecycle action, you must remove it from any lifecycle policy that references it.

To remove a lifecycle action from a policy

1. Access the properties for the document lifecycle policy in the administration console.
   1. In the domain navigation pane, select the object store. You must have object store administrative rights.
   2. In the object store navigation pane, click Event, Lifecycles, Policies > Document Lifecycle Policies and select the document lifecycle policy.
   3. In the details pane, click the Document States tab.
2. Select the lifecycle action and click Remove.
