Process Tracker toolbars

The following tables list the Process Tracker toolbar icons and a description of their functions:

Main toolbar

Icon Description
View history View History: Show or hide the history pane.
View properties View Properties: Show or hide the properties pane.
Refresh Refresh: Update the information displayed for the current workflow.
Lock selected steps Lock Selected Steps: Lock the work items associated with the steps currently selected on the map pane.
Unlock selected steps Unlock Selected Steps: Unlock the work items associated with the steps currently selected on the map pane.
Unlock all Unlock All: Unlock all work items that you have locked for this workflow.
Save all changes Save All Changes: Save all changes you have made to work items in this workflow.
Cancel all changes Cancel All Changes: Cancel all changes you have made to work items in this workflow.
Manage trackers Manage Trackers: Add or remove trackers for this workflow.
Complete work item Complete Work Item: Manually complete a work item for someone else.
Assign or reassign work Assign/Reassign Work: Assign unassigned work, or reassign work to a new participant.
Terminate work at a step Terminate Work at a Step: Terminate work items for the selected step.
Open work item Open Work Item: Open the selected work item in the associated step processor.
Help Help: Display the online help system.

  <Map name>: Select the workflow map to display.
Caller maps Caller maps: Select from a list of workflow maps that call the current map.

Icon Description
Show or hide step names Show/Hide step names: On the map, show or hide step names.
Show or hide route names Show/Hide route names: On the map, show or hide route names.
Show or hide milestone Show/Hide milestone attributes: On the map, show or hide milestone symbols.
Show or hide route condition Show/Hide route condition attributes: On the map, show or hide route condition symbols.
Show or hide collector Show/Hide collector attributes: On the map, show or hide the collector step symbols.

Attachments toolbar

Icon Description
Assign a target Assign: Assign a target (for example, a document, folder, or URL) to an attachment that is currently unassigned, or change the current assignment of the attachment
Unassign a target Unassign: Remove the currently assigned target from the attachment.
Open assigned target Open: Open the assigned target.
Assign item properties Assigned Item Properties: View or modify the properties of the target that is assigned to the attachment.
