Basic Case Monitor functionality

Case Monitor is comprised of case, task, workflow, and work item objects that are used for retrieving data and for displaying basic case and workflow activities using the IBM® Cognos® Real-time Monitoring Dashboard. The preconfigured objects are imported from the CaseMonitor.jar file.
