Workflow Collection properties

About this task

A workflow collection contains one or more workflow definitions. Use this dialog to specify properties for the workflow collection.

Procedure

  1. Specify a name for the collection. This is the default filename when you save the collection.
  2. If you will use workflows in this collection in applications, select the name of the application space. You can select the œDefaultApplication space, which is created when the isolated region is initialized, or choose another application space. For more information, see the information about how to create and application space.

    NOTE  The application space menu is only visible in Design mode. It does not display in Diagram mode.

  3. Optionally add a description for the workflow collection.

Results

  • To see the list of workflow definitions in the collection, click View > Workflows.
  • To add a workflow definition into the collection, select File > Insert > New Workflow, Local Workflow, or Workflow from Repository.
  • To remove a workflow definition from the collection, select Action > Remove Workflow. Note that you cannot remove the main workflow.
