About this task

A launch step is the first step in the workflow definition.

To specify the properties of a launch step

Procedure

  1. Select the launch step on the map.
  2. If the launch step will have special conditions such as attached documents, add Description property information to help the business analyst understand what should happen at the launch step.
  3. Under Instruction, enter instructions for the person who launches the workflow.
