Open assigned work

When workflows are running, work assigned to you appears in your Inbox.

About this task

If you have been assigned as a tracker for a workflow, tracker items are routed to your Tracker folder.

Procedure

To open work assigned to you:

  1. In Personal Work Manager, open your Inbox or Tracker folder.
  2. In the list of work in the details pane, double-click a work item to open it.

Results

Tip: You can also choose to receive new work by email.
Note: If you start another session of the browser, you can open a work item that you already have open in the original session. Since a work item cannot be unlocked in two places, the item in the original session is locked and you can make changes in the work item only in the later session.
