Case Analyzer

Case Analyzer properties can be configured through Process Task Manager and through Administration Console for Content Platform Engine.

Use Process Task Manager to configure the following Case Analyzer properties:
  • Specify and configure Case Analyzer settings to process workflow event logs for isolated regions
  • Manage the Case Analyzer store by initializing a store, processing the OLAP cube, or pruning unnecessary data.
  • Define data fields so that you can use the values of workflow data fields in Case Analyzer reports.
