Migrating Case Analyzer reports

Take steps to migrate reports to a destination environment.

Procedure

To make Case Analyzer reports available in the destination environment, complete the following steps:

  1. Copy any customized Case Analyzer reports to the destination system.
  2. Run the Case Analyzer Client Configuration tool in the destination environment to configure the reports to point to the destination Case Analyzer.
