Case Monitor Bucket objects
To monitor business activity where a particular value
falls within various ranges, you can define "buckets" to specify the
desired ranges of values. The preconfigured Case Monitor Bucket objects monitor
the number of cases, tasks, workflows, and work items based on their
processing time:
- For work items, the two time categories are processing time less than 60 minutes, and greater than or equal to 60 minutes.
- For workflows, the two time categories are processing time less than 4320 minutes (3 days), and greater than or equal to 4320 minutes.
To examine this project, import the Case Monitor Bucket objects from the CaseMonitor.jar file to IBM® Cognos® Real-time Monitoring Workbench.
