AI capabilities

Content Cortex provides AI capabilities for conversational content management, standardized AI integration, and intelligent reasoning. IBM® Content Assistant is available as an add-on product that provides additional document insight capabilities.

The following AI capabilities are provided by Content Cortex:

IBM Content Cortex AI Services
Provides AI-powered content management capabilities through three integrated components: the AI Agent plug-in for conversational interfaces in IBM Content Navigator, the Reasoning Service for intelligent decision-making and content analysis, and the Core MCP Server that exposes content services capabilities through Model Context Protocol. The MCP Server provides tools for document management, folder operations, and repository exploration, enabling AI applications to securely access and manipulate content through a standardized interface. IBM Content Assistant
An optional add-on product that provides document insight capabilities. Use IBM Content Assistant to ask questions about document content, generate summaries, and compare documents by using natural language.
