Displaying exceptions with Process Tracker

You can use Process Tracker to display exceptions that were generated by a workflow.

To display an exception:

1. In Process Tracker, click the Workflow History tab to display the steps that were run.
   Tip: You can also locate an exception on the workflow map and other areas in the Process Tracker interface.

   Symbol	Description
   	A step in an exception state.
   	A step that contains an error that was either resolved by the user or ignored by the workflow system. Such an error is sometimes referred to as a PastException. This information is retrieved from the log, not the information stack. The information stack shows only the current exception state of a work item, if any.

2. Right-click the step that shows the exception status and click View Information Stack.
3. In the information stack window, click a work item to display the information stack for that item.
