Saving content elements locally

About this task

When you work with a compound document, you have access to all of the files (subject to your security access).

To save one or more content elements of a compound document to a local drive:

1. Access the document in the administration console:
   1. In the domain navigation pane, select the object store.
   2. In the object store navigation pane, select Browse > Root Folder and open the folder that contains the document.
   3. Select the document.
2. In the Content Elements tab, select one or more content elements in the list and click Save to File.
