Upgrading and configuring Content Cortex

Upgrading the Content Cortex software can require that you make installation and configuration changes to one or more of the core application components, and the upgrade process can vary depending on the product version you are currently running.

About this task

Important: You must upgrade the core components before you upgrade any expansion products or optional add-on components.

Depending on your configuration, you might need to install at least a portion of additional service pack or interim fix software while you work your way through the Content Cortex platform upgrade.
