Workload

The Work Load cube shows the amount of work being done in the system during a specified time period, from a workflow perspective. It contains the following dimensions and measures.

If a field available to you is not listed in the table below, it is a user-defined data field. Adjusted measures in the Work Load cube are not listed.

Measure Description
Average completion time (days/hours/minutes) The average time (in days, hours, minutes) it took to complete the workflows.
Cycle time minutes The total completion time (in minutes).
Incoming The number of incoming workflows in the current selection.
Outgoing The number of outgoing workflows in the current selection.
Work load The number of workflows left over in the current selection.
