Case history cache counters

Property	Description
Cache Hit Count	The number of hits on the cache for read or update of the case history cache.
Cache Hit Ratio Percent	The percentage of cache hits per total number of attempts to read or update the case history cache.
Cache Miss Count	The number of missed attempts to cache for read of the case history cache.

Events published

Property	Description
Histograms Inserted	The number of histogram rows that are inserted into the case history database.
Total Events Published	The total number of events published by case history.
