Troubleshooting
When you use Content Cortex workflow, you might encounter some problems that require troubleshooting. These problems can be installation, configuration, or runtime problems.
Some of the runtime problems involve workflow exceptions. Exceptions occur if a workflow step cannot be properly processed for any reason. For example, a step whose step participant is an empty workflow group causes an exception. The exception occurs when processing reaches that step.
When a workflow exception occurs, the work item is placed in the Conductor queue.
