Container Class
Container objects are always defined at the top-level of the Listener using the lookupContainer constructor method. Once created, Containers may be used to logically group subordinate Event and/or Meter objects, which are created through the use of the lookupEvent or lookupMeter methods, respectively.

- Creates a Container object at the top-level of the Listener.

- Creates a subordinate Event object of the Container for the Listener, the methods of which can be used to create subordinate Accumulator objects.

- Creates a subordinate Meter object of the Container for the Listener.
