Upgrade and configure Case Analyzer
Case Analyzer is installed as part of Content Platform Engine. To upgrade Case Analyzer, you must ensure that the current versions of the components are installed.
When
you upgrade Content Platform Engine, the Case Analyzer databases are automatically upgraded when the Content Platform Engine server is restarted.
- Ensure that the Content Cortex components have been upgraded to the latest version.
- Run the IBM® Case Foundation installation program to upgrade to the latest version of the Case Analyzer components.
Note: Some IBM Case Foundation files are installed from the Tools option in
the Content Platform Engine installer. To ensure that your IBM Case Foundation files are the correct version when you upgrade, see the upgrade
instructions in the following technical notice: Installing Content Platform Engine V5.5.1 or later with IBM Case Foundation V5.3
