Deleting persistent text extraction subscriptions (CPE V5.5.12 and earlier)

You can delete a document class subscription for text extraction in your Content Platform Engine environment.

About this task

When you delete a document class subscription for persistent text extraction, text is no longer extracted from any new added documents that belong to the selected document class.

Procedure

  1. Log on to the Administration Console for Content Platform Engine (ACCE) as an object store administrator.
  2. Go to the object store where you want to delete the document class subscription for text extraction.
  3. Go to Data Design > Classes > Document and select the document class.
    You can select the document class where you want to delete the subscription for text extraction.
  4. In the Subscriptions page for the selected document class:
    1. Select the GenAI text extraction subscription from the list and click Delete.
    2. Select Delete event action and click OK.
  5. Repeat the procedure for all document classes that are subscribed for persistent text extraction.
