Configuring the View Version menu action
Create a custom menu for viewing document versions that associates the
View
Version menu action to the custom menu.
About this task
Procedure
To add the View Version menu action to your custom context menu:
- In the IBM® Content Navigator Administration console, click Menus.
- Search for and make a copy of the Default document context menu.
- Provide a name and description for the custom menu. For example, you can create a custom menu with name
Viewversion. - Use the actions tool to add the
View Versionaction to the list of selected actions list. - Save your changes.
- From the Administration console, click Desktops.
- Select the internal desktop where you want to add the custom menu that you created.
- For the selected desktop, click the Menus tab, and locate the Document context menu.
- Use the list to select the custom menu name that you specified in 3.
- Repeat steps 1 through 9 for the Default Favourites Context Menu.
