(Optional) Configuring commonly asked questions for the Content Assistant

You can configure the Content Assistant to display commonly asked questions on each IBM® Content Navigator desktop.

About this task

Each Content Navigator desktop can optionally be configured with shortcuts for commonly asked questions in the Content Assistant. For a Content Navigator desktop, the Content Assistant displays the commonly asked questions on the home screen and on suggestion pages.

Procedure

Use the following procedure to configure the Content Assistant to display commonly asked questions for a Content Navigator desktop:

  1. Log in to IBM Content Navigator as an administrator and go to the administration console.
    Note: Use only HTTPS connection to access the IBM Content Navigator when the Content Assistant plugin is installed.
  2. On the IBM Content Navigator directory, select Plug-ins.
  3. Select the IBM Content Assistant plug-in and click Edit.
  4. Select a Content Navigator Desktop environment.
    You can select a Content Navigator desktop for which you want the Content Assistant to display commonly asked questions.
  5. Specify up to three commonly asked questions for the Content Assistant and click Save.
  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each desktop.
