Accessing the watsonx summary for a document

You can access the watsonx summary that is generated for a document in the object store.

Before you begin

You can access the content summary for a document only when you enable watsonx summary generation for the document class or the parent class of the document. For more information, see the topic Creating a document class subscription for watsonx summary.

About this task

The watsonx summary provides a brief explanation and an overview of the contents of the document. The generated watsonx summary is included as a document property in every document that is pre-configured to support watsonx summary.

Procedure

  1. Log in to IBM® Content Navigator by using your credentials.
    Note: Use only HTTPS connection to access the IBM Content Navigator when the Content Assistant plugin is installed.
  2. Click Browse and locate the document within your object store.
  3. Access the watsonx summary for the document.
    • Right-click on the document and select Properties to view the Watsonx summary.
    • Select the document and view the Watsonx summary in the Properties pane.
