Parameter and Access file best practices

Some best practices to manage the Parameter and Access files are listed below:

• Always take a backup of the Parameter and Access file before applying updates to the parameter file.
• Save your changes often by performing a Save As or Save Active function.
• After a Save As or Save Active function, close the current Parameter file and open it again if more updates are required.
