This parameter specifies whether the TCP/IP connection modules are loaded during initialization and if so, the type of modules.

Note: You must install and run the IBM® BPX facility, the series of IBM programs that comprise the OES functionality, before you can transfer files using the TCP = OES support of the IBM Connect:Direct®. In addition, IBM RACF sites must install the OMVS security segment before using the OES interface to transfer files.
