SPAdmin Navigations
Much work has been done to improve the user experience with the
SPAdmin tool to allow all panel movement and configuration updates
to be performed without the use of a mouse. There are many new line
commands or fast path commands that can be entered from the command
line (==>) to perform the function of the SPAdmin tool. All pull
down menu options have been define fast path commands so that the
pull down menu is not required to perform those function, example
FO can be use perform the File Open function. The table below defines
all of the menu option fast path commands.

While in create, update or view mode edit of a Parameter file record,
several fast path commands exist so that many of the point-n-shoot
field s are not required. For example, OK can be entered from the
command line to perform the OK point-n-shoot function.

Several point-n-shoot fields still exist, such as those listed below, and navigation to those can be made easier using the ISPF Option “Tab to point-and-shoot fields.” Using the TAB key you can jump easily from field to field within the SPAdmin tool. Make sure that the option you place the cursor on is the function you intend to update.
