For IBM® Connect:Direct® Premium edition 5655-X12, this parameter specifies Million Service Units (MSU) value of license. The MSU value is used to compute a Value Unit (VU) which is a unit of measure by which the program can be licensed. This value defined by the product license and is obtained from your license.

The acceptable range is 0–2147483647.
