MAXSECONDARY = number of SNODE sessions

A SNODE session is started when receiving a Process from a PNODE. This parameter specifies the maximum number of SNODE sessions that can be active concurrently. The range is from 2 to 512. The default is 6.

Note: We recommend you code a MAXPROCESS value of 150 or less for performance reasons. If you code MAXPROCESS, the value of this parameter can be up to the MAXPROCESS. There is no advantage to setting it higher than MAXPROCESS. If you do not code a MAXPROCESS, MAXPRIMARY + MAXSECONDARY becomes the default for MAXPROCESS. In that case, the combined values of MAXPRIMARY and MAXSECONDARY should equal 150 or less.
