H2 Stat Record layout

The H2 statistics record is generated and written to the Connect:Direct Statistics file at the same interval the SMF record is generated. This H2 statistics record can be formatted as a report with the Select Statistics command or the SS or S2 selection from the Connect:Direct IUI.
