Creating a service skill

You can create a service skill.

To create a service skill:

Procedure

  1. From the menu bar, choose Applications > Catalog Management.

The Catalog Management tree displays in the side panel.

  1. Choose Catalog Configurations > Service Skills. The Service Skills window displays in the work area.
  2. Choose the Create New icon. The Service Skill Details pop-up window displays.
  3. In Service Skill ID, enter the value you want to use for the Service Skill.
  4. In Description, enter a description of the service skill.
  5. Choose the Save icon.
