Creating a service skill
You can create a service skill.
About this task
To create a service skill:
Procedure
- From the menu bar, choose Applications > Catalog Management.
The Catalog Management tree displays in the side panel.
- Choose Catalog Configurations > Service Skills. The Service Skills window displays in the work area.
- Choose the Create New icon. The Service Skill Details pop-up window displays.
- In Service Skill ID, enter the value you want to use for the Service Skill.
- In Description, enter a description of the service skill.
- Choose the Save icon.
