Enterprise user access

You can configure access for an Enterprise user, such as an internal storefront administrator, in the Data Access Policy Enterprise User screen.

Procedure

  1. Open the Applications Manager and select the application that you want.
  2. Choose the Enterprise User tab.
  3. Enter information in the applicable fields. Refer to Table 1 for field value descriptions.

    Field Description
    Enterprise Access
    Users Have Access To Their Enterprise Only Users can have access to data belonging to only their enterprise.
    Users Have Access To All Enterprises Assigned To Their Team Users can have data access to all enterprises assigned to their team.
    Customer Access
    Users Have Access To All Customers Users can have access to all customers in the hierarchy.
    Users Have Access To Selected Customers According To Team Configuration Users can have access to a customer only as defined by rules for customer hierarchy access.
    Customer Hierarchy Access
    Users Have Access To Customers And Their Child Customers Users can have access to customers and the child customers.
    Users Have Access To Their Customers Users can have access to customers who are directly assigned. (This requires manual user-to-customer assignment to be configured in the team definition.)
    Supervisor Access
    Supervisors Have Access To Customers Assigned To Their Team Supervisors can have access to all the customers that their team has access to.
    Supervisors Have Access To Customers Assigned To Their Team And Child Team Supervisors can have access to all the customers assigned to their team and all child teams.
