Integrating with external systems

Establish a connection (integrate) with a supported external tool or service to make it available for use when configuring data ingestion jobs or automation rules in Concert.

The credentials used to establish the connection dictate what you can use the connection to do. For example, you can use credentials with "read" access to a GitHub repository to import application and environment data; however, credentials that have both read and write access to a repository can be used for automation rules in which Concert takes a specific action (in this case, opens a ticket) in the selected GitHub repository.
