Provisioning Concert on IBM SaaS Console

Customers who purchase the SaaS version of IBM® Concert can provision and manage their instance from the IBM SaaS Console, a unified platform for managing all of your IBM SaaS subscriptions, instances, and user access.

You can see the new subscription on the IBM SaaS Console Subscriptions page.
Note: In some cases, your first Concert instance might be provisioned for you. If so, it is listed under IBM SaaS Console > Subscriptions > IBM Concert.

Before you begin

  • You must have an IBM ID.
  • You must have purchased the SaaS version of Concert from IBM Cloud, from Amazon Web Services (AWS), or from a sales representative.

Instructions

  1. Go to the Subscriptions page in IBM SaaS Console.
  2. From the list of subscriptions, go to the IBM Concert subscription and click View instances.
  3. Click Create instance.
  4. Select a Region.
    Note: The supported regions vary depending on your cloud provider.
  5. Enter an instance name for internal reference.
  6. Click Create.
  7. After provisioning is complete, click the name of the instance or anywhere on the row to view its details.
