ROI
Use the return on investment (ROI) page to view workflow execution metrics and see how much time you saved by automating tasks via workflows.
- If you are connected to another application, click Workflows.
- In the IBM® Concert Workflows® sidebar, click ROI.
Verify that you have the necessary permissions to access this page. Only administrators can see system-wide reports for user workflows.
The workflow statistics that are shown in this page are based on a manual execution time (MET) metric that is calculated per workflow. By default, this metric is calculated automatically. If you want, you can adjust the way that the MET is calculated. For more information, see MET.
To view workflow statistics for a specific time range, click the Period drop-down and select the range.
To view statistics for a specific workflow, click the Workflow drop-down and select the workflow from the list.
To update the statistics to include the latest running workflows, click Refresh.
- The number of workflows that were executed in the selected period.
The graph includes an average calculation and is split into bars that represent the hours of the day, days of the week, or days of the month.
- The time that was saved in the selected period.
The graph includes an average calculation and divides the selected period into individual time windows.
- The total workflow executions, total time saved, and average time saved per workflow based on the selected period.
- The top five time-saved, executed, and failed workflows in the selected period. You can adjust these graphs to show the top 10, 15, or 20 workflows instead. In addition, you can export each of these rankings in different file formats by clicking the three-dot button.
