Note the following known issues when using v3.0.0 of the Concert toolkit.

Error: "oci-registry: unable to populate layer cache dir"

If you experience the following response when running the image-scan utility inside the toolkit, use the syft utility directly to generate the package SBOM instead of using image-scan.
