Creating a tag

You can create tags in the instance settings that are available to all users to apply to inventory objects.

Instructions

Refer to the following steps to create a tag in your Concert instance.
  1. Click Administration > Settings.
  2. Click the Tags tab.
  3. Click Create a tag.
  4. Enter a name for the tag.

    The tag name can contain up to 75 characters. Leading and trailing spaces are not allowed. You can use letters, numbers, spaces, hyphens (-), underscores (_), colons (:), forward slashes (/), ampersands (&), and parentheses ().

  5. Enter a description of the tag for internal reference.
  6. Select a color for the tag.
  7. Click Create tag.

The new tag appears in the list. You can edit or delete a tag from the overflow menu, or start applying the tag to objects in your inventory.
