Deleting sample data

You can delete sample data from your Concert instance when you're ready to transition from exploring the UI to working with your production data.

Before you begin

  • Any instance level user can delete the sample data, regardless of their role or permissions.
  • Once the sample data is deleted, it is removed for all the users in the instance.

Instructions

Refer to the following steps to delete the sample data from your Concert instance.

  1. Click Administration > Settings.
  2. Click Miscellaneous tab.
  3. Click Delete sample data button.
  4. A confirmation notification will appear, indicating that the removal process has been triggered.
Note: Sample data is accessible to all the users in the instance, and once deleted it is permanently moved across sessions. To restore sample data, you must manually reload it using the Loading sample data process.
