In the About page, you can find system-wide workflow statistics, versioning information, and licensing information.

The following information is shown on this page:

  • The number of active workflows, jobs, and users.
  • The number of successful and failed workflow executions.
  • Workflow execution times and averages.
  • The following versioning information:
    • The current version of IBM® Concert Workflows®.
    • Essential platform add-ons and APIs, including their current versions.
  • Licensing information.
To access this page, complete these steps:
  1. If you are connected to another application, click Workflows.
  2. In the IBM Concert Workflows® sidebar, click About.

Statistics sections

The following sections of statistics are shown:

License usage
Reveals how many of your workflows and users are active and how many jobs are currently enabled.
Note:
  • There is no limit on either the number of enabled jobs that you can run or the active users that you can set up.
  • If your IBM Concert Workflows® instance is customer-managed, consult your entitlement information for the following items:
    • Your license expiration date, if applicable.
    • The number of active workflows that you can set up.
  • If your instance is a SaaS instance, your license expiration date and the number of active workflows that you can set up are shown in this section.
Executions
Displays the number of successful and failed executions and the rate of execution per minute.

You can also view how many flows have been executed for different periods.

Execution time
Contains information about the shortest, longest, and average workflow execution times for certain periods.
