Review the known limitations in the current release of IBM Concert platform.

Admin user creation for Concert Optimize for non-OVA deployments

Concert Optimize, powered by Turbonomic, requires at least one administrator user before anyone can access it. In non-OVA deployments, the installation does not automatically create a default administrator user. Until you create this user, no one can open the Optimize tab in the Concert platform interface or use Concert Optimize features.

To enable access to Concert Optimize, complete these steps:

Install Concert Optimize by following the Turbonomic installation documentation that corresponds to your deployment environment.
Run the following command to get the NGINX service information:
```
kubectl get svc concert-gateway
```
Use the returned external address or hostname to open Concert Optimize.
Open the URL in a browser.
Create an administrator username and password when prompted.
Go to Settings > License and add your Turbonomic license as described in the Turbonomic license management documentation.
Attach your Turbonomic instance to Concert Optimize from the Concert platform hub.
Access Concert Optimize from the main navigation menu in the Concert platform UI.
