Starting Rational License Key Server Administration and Reporting Tool on system startup

Starting with version 8.1.4.2, Rational License Key Server Administration and Reporting Tool can be installed as a service on both Windows and UNIX platforms. The reporting tool and the agent are installed by default as a Windows service. On UNIX platforms, the two components need to be installed manually as services.
