DatasourceDimensionSubset
This TurboIntegrator local variable sets the
subset to process if the DatasourceType is 'SUBSET.'
DatasourceNameForServer=Dimension name is also needed in conjunction with DATASOURCEDIMENSIONSUBSET so TM1® can identify where the subset is located.
