Generate User Right Reports

You can generate reports of all defined security groups and users.

Procedure

  1. On the Maintain menu, click Rights/Reports. The User Rights and Security Group Reports window opens.
  2. Select the relevant security group report check box. Each check box generates one report.
  3. Select the relevant user right report check box.
  4. Click the Preview button to generate the report.
  5. To see a list of administrator and standard active users, under License Management Report, click Generate.
