Removing board viewers
If you are a board owner, you can remove viewers from your board.
You can remove viewers to your board from the Boards screen or the Boards
list.
Note: You may need to ask your administrator to enable this capability if you do not see it in
IBM
Cognos® Analytics Mobile.
Removing board viewers from the Boards screen
- Tap Boards
to open the Boards
screen. - Swipe left or right to navigate to the board that you want to remove a viewer from.
- Tap the ellipsis
to open the menu. - From the menu, select Manage viewers.
- Tap Remove
, located next to the viewer that you want to
remove from the board. - When you are finished adding viewers to your board, tap Close.
- To confirm the removal of the viewer from your board, tap Remove.
- To remove all viewers from your board, tap Make private.
Removing board viewers from the Boards list
- Tap Boards
to open the Boards
screen.
- Tap the board name.
- Search for the board that you want to remove a viewer from.
- Tap the ellipsis to open the menu.
- From the menu, select Manage viewers.
- Tap Remove
, located next to the viewer that you want to
remove from the board.
- When you are finished adding viewers to your board, tap Close.
- To confirm the removal of the viewer from your board, tap Remove.
- To remove all viewers from your board, tap Make private.
